Penn Highlands Healthcare Breast Cancer Support Group

Come learn about nutrition and relaxation techniques from Jeril Gross, RD, LDN, CDE Penn Highlands Healthcare, Diabetes and Nutrition Wellness Center, Manager. She is also a Yoga Alliance registered teacher. All breast cancer survivors at any stage--newly diagnosed or long-time survivors--can attend. As it is for survivors only, its goal is to provide a comfortable place for listening, learning, and sharing.
