Tri-County Zone covers Elk, Jefferson, and Clearfield Counties. Programs that will be discussed: Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ), Research & Development, Neighborhood Assistance/Enterprise Zone, PA Historic Preservation, Educational Improvement, and Work Opportunity.
