NPRC Supervisor Fundamentals Course

Improve your leadership skills in the workplace. Northern Pennsylvania Regional College is offering a Supervisor Fundamentals course to help you become the next great supervisor. Students will follow a course designed to educate an introduction of supervisory roles and functions in today’s workforce with activities that include exercises that will guide students through examining supervisor’s roles, the importance of effective communication, and ways to improve collaboration in the workplace. Course fees are $320.00. Courses will take place at the DuBois Chamber Training Room on Tuesday, May 16^th and Tuesday, May 23rd from 8am-2:30pm. Please RSVP by Thursday, May 18^th.
