HRMANCPA: Healthy Communication Skills
The Human Resource Management Association of North Central PA invites you to join them for their February Chapter Meeting: Healthy Communication Skills: Assuming the Best and Negotiating the Rest with Angie Richard. This session will discuss understanding issues regarding employee-to-employee communication, De-escalation to prevent poor communication patterns, insight into proven communication and negotiation skills to get the most from the conversation, and practice these skills so that employees are more confident moving forward. This session will take place on Thursday, February 16th from 8am-10am. It will take place at Goodwill in Fallscreek. The event starts at 7:30am with breakfast and networking, zoom begins at 8am.
