Grady's Decision Dinner/Dance

We will be holding our 7th Bi-Annual fundraising Dinner/Dance with entertainment provided by local favorite band "The Ride." Doors will open at 4:00, dinner will be served at 5:00. All proceeds after expenses enables us to bless NICU families from our own Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital. We would love to see you at this event. You can help by becoming an Event Sponsor; we are also looking for monetary donations and items/baskets that can be used in our Raffle and Chinese Auction. Grady's Decision is exempt under Section 501( c )3 of the Internal Revenue Code and contributions are tax deductible. Should you graciously decide to support Grady's Decision, we will provide you with a receipt for your records. For non-cash items, the receipt will not have a dollar value; only a description of the item.
