AMBA Wellness Panels
The DuBois Lions Club will be holding AMBA Panel Wellness Tests at the DuBois Mall on Saturday, October 16th. A separate physical order is required for any optional tests. Tests are done by appointment only. To schedule your appointment, call 1-800-234-8888 Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
