AMBA Panel

The DuBois Lions Club will be offering AMBA Wellness Panels this spring for those wishing to get an annual blood analysis. Must make an appointment; screening is not covered by Medicare and most other insurance companies. Call to make your reservation at (800) 234-8888. Operators are available Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Please have your doctor's name and address available at the time of reservation call. A separate physician order is required for any of the optional tests.
